Amsterdam Night & Day
De dia Amsterdam es aburrida.Es que claro, comparada con como es de noche.
Llegue en tren a las nueve y media de la noche y por la modica suma de 3,50 euros me libre de mi equipaje.
No se trata solo de ahorrar dinero, sucede que me quedan pocos dias y me encuentro con que quiero huir un poco de los planes, de la seguridad, quiero que cada dia este marcado por el signo de la aventura.
Asi que en esa, me interne por Amsterdam, que estaba burbujeante y llena de españoles e ingleses, que es como la mejor combinacion si lo que quiere uno es fiesta.
Mi angel de la guarda esta trabajando horas extra, a la salida de Vondelpark me encontre con Steve, el australiano de Bruselas. Me elevo y me dio varias vueltas, que no es dificil con lo poco que peso.
Steve me habia dado la direccion de su hostel, pero luego resulto que era medio turbio y me mando un mail diciendo que se habia movido a otro, el Stay OK cerca de Vondelpark.
Pero yo no lei ese mail, todo se lo debo al angelito ese.
Steve me dijo, duermes conmigo esta noche.
Lo que quiso decir es que en su pieza compartida del hostal hay una cama corrediza y lo mas seguro es que nadie se da cuenta asi que puedo entrar y dormir ahi. Steve no es gay, debo repetirlo, such a pity.
Steve andaba con un gringo de North Carolina y un japones de Yokohama, todos volados yturnandose con el pito, y por cierto me llego el turno a mi.
Asi se me dan las cosas, ahora tengo una pandilla de amigos y vagamos de noche por Amsterdam y tomamos Heineken y si se sienta alguien en la mesa nos presentamos todos y asi hacemos amistad con unos ccalifornianos de 17 que disfrutan de este paraiso legal, y con unos noruegos que han venido por el dia, en auto.
Comparada con la noche, la mañana apesta. Me despedi temprano de Steve, "mate, I have to make the most of today, coz I'm leaving soon".
Queria rentar una bicicleta, pero paarece que hay un monopolio, llamado Mac Bike, cobran mas que en Paris, te obligan casi a pagar un seguro contra robo, y es extraño porque la ciudad esta llena de bicicletas por todas partes, extraño pensar que alguien no tenga una y necesite robarla. Supongo que hay algo turbio detras, tal vez los ladrones le hacen el juego al monopolio, yo no se lo voy a hacer, prefiero caminar.
Pero como les digo, una lata, una lata el Rijksmuseum, Vermeer y Rembrandt me dan letargia. No entre al museo de Ana Frank porque ya estoy chato de que los judios se juran las unicas victimas de la historia y con la cantidad de dinero que se advierte en tanto monumento y museo del holocausto es evidente que las victimas son otras, que dinero no tienen siquiera para mover a compasion.
Como el Homomonument, discreto, casi que pasa inadvertido, a mi me costo encontrarlo.
Tal vez deberia ir a un Smartshop y comprar hongos, pero tengo que tomar un vuelo de a de veras esta tarde, y no me causaria gracia perderlo. Tampoco me parece buena idea pasarlos por la aduana. Londres me espera, con sus museos gratis y esplendidos, con sus liberias con sus Harry Potters en oferta, con todo escrito en un idioma que entiendo. Londres me espera para comprar souvenirs.
Y la aventura? donde quedo la aventura?

Pues no me gustó tu comentario acerca de los judíos. Si los gobiernos europeos quieren conmemorar el Holocausto (Shoa), allá ellos, nadie los obliga. Es su propia conciencia la que los lleva a hacer cosas así. Por moral pública.
Si hubieras tenido familiares metidos en campos de concentración como animales y muriendo simplemente porque a un enfermo mental se le ocurrió que era de raza superior, seguro que pensarías diferente... o al menos tratarías de guardarte tus comentarios.

Sobre los pobrecitos judíos y los muchos monumentos sobre el Holocausto. Evidente, el Holocausto fue un crimen pero ni siquiera el mayor genocidio o exterminio de la historia.
Como cien años antes, murieron por los turcos, el triple de armenios, por decir un sólo ejemplo. Sí es el genocidio más publicitado. Y cansa, cansa hasta la extenuación, que en cuando el bestial ejército israelí, buen alumno de los nazis, mata palestinos, incluso niños, en su propia tierra invadida, no falla : vuelta a poner en marcha la maquinaria hollywoodiense, plagada de judíos, vuelta a ver la Lista de Schindler, vuelta a pelis de alemanes/nazis malos y vuelta a encantadores judíos siempre víctimas.

Pero en lo que no estoy de acuerdo, y es lo que sigo expresando, es en la forma de ver las cosas. Por lo que leo, sientes que los monumentos a los judíos son un exceso en Europa. Puede que sea así. Pero nadie ha reclamado acerca de un monumento (a excepción del nuevo monumento en Berlín... y reclamaron por ser nuevo, no por la causa). Apuesto que si también se hicieran monumentos a la causa gay o a los testigos de Jeovah tanto como a los judíos, el pueblo también reclamaría. Es que nunca estamos 100% de acuerdo con las políticas generales!.
